Expenditures/Expending Authority

All transactions entered into by the Superintendent or designee on behalf of the Governing Board shall be reviewed by the Board every 60 days. (Education Code 39657)

California law prohibits the purchase of alcoholic beverages with public funds. As necessary, an employee shall refund the District for such expenditures. (Education Code 32435)
