Certificated Personnel
Meetings
Staff members shall attend
meetings called by the Superintendent, directors, principals, and department heads,
except those meetings designated as optional.
Legitimate reasons for
absence from meetings shall be essentially the same as those allowed for
absence from regular duty.
Meetings of the staff members
may be held before school in the morning, during the school day, between
scheduled classes or following the dismissal of classes in the afternoon. There
shall be the least possible interference with the classroom activities of
teachers and students in scheduling meetings.
