AFFIRMATIVE ACTION: RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
The Superintendent shall provide for equal employment opportunities
for all persons without regard to race, color, creed, sex, religion, ancestry,
national origin, age, or non-job-related handicap or disability.
The Superintendent is to establish a practice of affirmative action in
order to assure that all personnel policies relevant to recruiting, hiring
and promoting employees provide for equal opportunities for all.
This practice shall be publicized throughout the Agency
District and community and its intent made explicit in all Agency
District manuals and publications.
