Notice of Employment
The Superintendent or designee shall give a notice of employment
to all certificated nonmanagement personnel. This assignment
letter shall include the employeeís employment status, hours to report
to work and location of assignment. Failure by the employee to sign and
return the notice accepting employment, within two weeks of receipt, shall
be considered by the Superintendent as having declined the offer of employment.
