Agreement
Reduced Workload Program



This Agreement is between ______________, hereinafter referred to
as "Employee," and the Metropolitan Education District, hereinafter referred
to as "District," pursuant to Education Code Sections 44922 and 22724 authorizing
a reduced workload program with retirement benefits based on full-time
employment.
It is AGREED that:


The Employee shall participate in the Reduced Workload Program contingent
upon eligibility verification by the District.


The minimum part-time employment shall be the equivalent of one-half
of the number of days of service required by the Employeeís contract during
the last year of full-time service.
