California Senator Jim Beall hosts an annualCreek Cleanup event on Saturday, August 19 at 9:00 a.m. at Campbell Park. Staff, students, and community members are invited to participate in the cleanup of Los Gatos Creek, our precious local resource. It is a great opportunity to enjoy outdoors, get some exercise, and give back to the environment.
Participants are advised to dress appropriately for the weather and wear sturdy footwear. Trash bags, trash sticks, and gloves will be provided. The event is free to attend.
The Senator will be available to discuss legislative matters relating to the environment.
