The Governing Board of the  

Metropolitan Education District  

will hold a Public Hearing  

Pursuant to California  

Government Code Section  

4217.12 

at its 

Regular Board Meeting 

on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 

at 6:00 pm closed session, 7:00 pm open session 

or as Soon Thereafter as Reasonably Practicable 

at the Silicon Valley Career Technical Education  

Auditorium 

760 Hillsdale Avenue, San Jose CA 95136 

The Board will consider entering into a solar energy services agreement with  Luminace Solar DG CA Metro Ed, LLC for the installation of certain energy-saving measures on the property of the District. At said meeting, the Board will hold a  public hearing on and consider a resolution to adopt findings required by  Government Code section 4217.12 regarding anticipated energy cost savings and  other benefits the District may receive if the Board decides to enter into the energy  services agreement. The resolution, agreement, and supporting documents will be  included in the Board’s regular public agenda for June 14, 2023, meeting.
