As we wrap up our second week of the official "school closure" here are some additional clarifications.
Remember we are reviewing each day what is working and what is not. We are trying to clarify procedures daily. Thanks for your patience.
1. Schools are closed to the public.
2. Anyone 65 and above can only drop off and pick up.
3. Communicate with your supervisor.
4. IT will publicize their schedule of support for drop off and pick up for technology from Building 6.
5. To be on campus you must make an appointment.
6. Your name will be put on a list for the day of your appointment.
7. You will be stopped at the gate and turned away if not on the list.
8. All staff must check in with their manager to come on campus.
9. We do have essential staff working to operate the district; they are on a schedule and approved.
10. All buildings are alarmed.
11. Ricky will need notification to unalarm a building when you plan to come to campus with approval.
12. Anyone coming on campus must notify their manager.
13. Teachers, do not arrange to have students come on campus. Chrome book distribution is closed.
14. Everyone is doing an amazing job.
15. We are closed on Monday, March 30 for Cesar Chavez.
Breath, smile and pat yourself on the back for your success!-- Cheers to everyone!
