Hello Alyssa,

For nearly three decades, the MetroED Foundation has supported the Metropolitan Education District (MetroED, previously known as CCOC) in its mission to prepare high school and adult learners for high-wage, in-demand occupations essential to our community and our economy. Our Foundation helps keep MetroED growing to meet the needs of our local workforce through Silicon Valley Career Technical Education (SVCTE) and Silicon Valley Adult Education (SVAE) programs. 

This year, we are participating in the #GivingTuesday campaign, a movement created in 2012 that has grown to inspire hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity! In the spirit of the campaign, we are seeking donations to continue our work to support students in MetroED's ongoing mission to prepare high school and adult students for future success in college and careers.

The MetroED Foundation leverages community resources to help remove financial barriers, including providing student scholarships to help them attend one of the more than 20 programs offered at SVCTE.
