Preparing Students to Thrive in College and Careers
I am delighted to announce an exciting beginning to the 2019-20 school year. MetroED promoted Alecia Myers-Kelley from Silicon Valley CTE principal to the Director of Programs and Student Support Services. Alecia will oversee programs at Silicon Valley CTE and Silicon Valley Adult Education.

SVCTE opened its doors to new and returning students on August 13, marking the first day of school for the academic year. It is always a pleasure to see the first group of students step onto campus to gain invaluable education, and hands-on, life-changing experiences.

In this newsletter, you will find information about the students, recognition of staff and partners, and so much more!

Be sure to welcome our new staff members to MetroED. It's going to be an exciting school year!
