    The goal of teaching Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is to help students develop important life skills. These skills include understanding and managing emotions, building healthy relationships, making responsible decisions, and dealing with stress. By learning SEL, students can succeed in school, build strong relationships, and maintain good mental health. It is about giving them the tools they need to navigate life's challenges and thrive in the future.

    Topics covered: Mental Health Awareness, Transition from high school to college/adulthood, Bullying Prevention, Cultivating Empathy, Resilience Building, Mindfulness and Self-Care, Effective Communication, Digital Citizenship, Identity and Diversity, Decision-Making and Goal Setting, and a Positive School Climate.
